Information you enter in a form
The consultation form asks for your name, phone number, chosen service, preferred contact method, and a short summary. An email address is optional unless you choose email as your preferred contact method.
The pro bono application also asks for your location, the nature and stage of the matter, other parties, important dates, existing legal support, and a summary of the circumstances behind your need for free assistance.
These forms prepare a message in your browser. They do not send the form to a website database, save it in browser storage, or upload documents. Your draft remains in the current page until you leave or reload it, or choose a contact channel.
When you choose WhatsApp or email
After reviewing the details, you may choose to open WhatsApp or your email application. The form information is included in the prepared message link and is passed to that service when you open it. You must still send the message there. Those services apply their own privacy terms and may process information outside Bahrain.
Use only a short initial summary. Please do not enter identity numbers, bank account details, passwords, medical records, or sensitive evidence. The office can discuss an appropriate way to receive documents when needed.
How the office uses an enquiry
Information you choose to send is used to understand and respond to your request, consider conflicts, and discuss whether the firm can assist. For a pro bono request, the information is intended for the office and reviewing committee to consider the application. The office may request clarification before a decision or engagement.
This website does not provide a committee account, an application database, or an application-status portal. Contact the office directly about the handling, retention, correction, or deletion of information you have already sent.
Website visits and third parties
The website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts. Fonts and website images are served with the site. The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.
Links to Instagram, newspaper coverage, official sources, WhatsApp, and Google Maps take you to services that have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may call the office instead of completing a form. You can edit a prepared message before sending it and decide not to send it. If you need to ask about access to or correction of information already received by the firm, use the contact details above.
